I scheduled an appointment on july 31st, and nobody shows up. Luckily someone was outside and they let me tour the studio, but he wasn’t able to engineer for me so we rescheduled the appointment to august 4th. I BEG my work to leave early so i can get to the studio and they let me, and i was unpaid for the rest of the day. I get there at 4, waiting outside, and nobody shows up. Im waiting outside and i call the phone number, and they said they would let everyone else know to let me in. 10 more minutes pass, and NOBODY LETS ME IN, so i call again, and the useless people over the phone have NO CLUE whats going on, and they told me i would get another call later. Unsurprisingly, i didnt get another call. The staff are COMPLETELY useless and incompetent, and NOBODY CARES ABOUT THE PATRONS. Dont go here, look for another studio thats ACTUALLY RELIABLE
The studio is hand designed and engeneered by the CEO Robb Sanchez who is an incredibly smart and intelligent guy ask him anything about the studio he'll reply in detail everybody knows how to do audio engeneering and they have a Raven Z3 a limited edition audio engeneering setup.
I scheduled a session online two days ago. Today was the day I was scheduled to come. I drove with my artist two hours to get there and no one answers the door. I called the office number which I had been calling all the way there and the secretary kept confirming my schedule. Long story short, I wasted my time and gas to only be left standing out front in the rain until I decided to leave.
